We need to ban assault rifles & ammo in CO NOW not 70 bodies and 700 wounded and disabled victims later. Victims have the right not to be shot more than the shooters have a right to be idiots. Second amendment had no prescience that ‘arming’ individuals would bypass the military and become testosterone on steroids. Again and Again and Again.
